Work as part of a team in ReSOURCE’s ReBUILD department. The primary goal of the ReBUILD Director is to integrate the ReBUILD store, Deconstructive Services, and Waste Not Products and align them with ReSOURCE’s mission of job skill training, poverty relief and reuse efforts.
Goals of Position
· Coordinate with local businesses in the community to have a continuous supply of quality, reusable
building materials for resale and low income housing development.
· Solicit, bid and arrange deconstruction jobs.
· Run a financially, self-sufficient reuse operation that contributes to poverty relief and job training efforts.
· Support staff to continuously improve their skills and develop supervisory, management and
communication techniques.
· Provide quality employment and training opportunities for individuals enrolled in all of ReSOURCE’s
job-skill training programs.
· Deliver excellent customer service and support to both internal and external customers.
· Maximize revenue for all programs of ReBUILD.
· Review expenses and budget to ensure that costs are minimized for all programs of ReBUILD.
· Create a safe environment for all employees by implementing policies and practices that are embraced
and practiced by all of ReSOURCE.
· Communicate and collaborate effectively with all Directors, Managers and staff in a professional
demeanor.
· Support the mission of ReSOURCE.

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of deconstruction, construction, or carpentry experience.
Excellent knowledge of tools, equipment, building techniques and
Experience with project bidding and project management.
Valid driver’s license and access to personal vehicle for site visits and bidding.
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to receive and give constructive feedback.
Positive, cooperative team spirit.
Experience leading/supervising/training others.

· Ensure stellar customer service representing our Computer Reuse department.
· Learn about computer components and retail computer sales.
· Research sales trends and track inventory.
· Suggest new products or new ways of marketing existing products.
· Perform informal marketing surveys with customers.
· Effectively display computer related merchandise.
· Be creative.

ReSOURCE YouthBuild is recruiting students!
The YouthBuild program serves 16 - 24 year old individuals who have dropped out of high school and are looking to earn their diploma or GED. YouthBuild students also learn comprehensive carpentry and weatherization job skills and earn a small stipend. The next program starts February 1st.
