Adult Training Positions: HVAC & Manufacturing

  • ReSOURCE is an innovative nonprofit with a mission to empower individuals and strengthen Vermont communities through workforce development, poverty relief, and environmental stewardship.
     

    These positions play a pivotal role in supporting Vermonters and Vermont employers throughout the State by developing and delivering technical and professional skills training to Vermonters and matching them with local employers. These positions will be funded through a 2 year contract expected to begin September 1, 2021 but subject to change. These positions will design and deliver technical and professional skills programs in Construction or Manufacturing and HVAC. Training programs will be offered throughout the state and these positions will require extensive travel and overnight stays. Valid drivers license is required.
     

    Manufacturing/HVAC Program Manager: a full time position that will oversee the development and delivery of two distinct statewide training programs: Manufacturing and HVAC. This position will connect with employers in locations throughout Vermont and will supervise the Manufacturing/HVAC Instructor. Experience in manufacturing or HVAC trade, adult education, workforce development or program management required.
     

    Manufacturing/HVAC Instructor: a full time position that will provide professional and technical instruction in skills required for students to earn industry recognized certification for the manufacturing field (CLT certification) or HVAC field (Refrigeration recovery). Candidate must be eligible and able to become certified to instruct OSAH training. Demonstrated professional and leadership skills required.
     

    Construction Program Manager: a full time position that will oversee the development and delivery of a statewide construction training program. This position will connect with employers in locations throughout Vermont and will supervise the Construction Instructor. Experience in construction trades, adult education, workforce development or program management required.
