A Nonprofit Community Enterprise

ReSOURCE Overview

Through our mission we empower individuals and strengthen communities through our job training and poverty relief programs rooted in a foundation of environmental stewardship.

Essential Goods Program

ReSOURCE’s Essential Goods Program is geared toward aiding our community in its efforts to relieve poverty. We do this by helping to provide essential household items to low-income families and families in crisis.

Training Programs

Our programs offer an opportunity for adult and youth who have barriers to employment to hone job skills and prepare for a successful work life as productive members of their communities.

Our Stores

We sell gently used household goods & building materials at an affordable price to a wide demographic. Not only do our stores keep usable goods out of the landfill, but they also provide economic and training opportunities to Vermonters.

Large Appliance Sales & Service

Our large appliance sales and service technicians can provide full-service repairs to your current machines in our warehouse or in your home. We also sell a variety of appliances at all retail locations.

Computer Sales & Services

Our computer technicians provide full-service computer repair and upgrades to your personal machine. We also have computer systems for sale at all retail locations.

The South End Joinery

The South End Joinery is a training woodshop located at 339 Pine Street in Burlington, Vermont. We offer workshops to the general public, designed to provide people access to the instruction and resources needed to become woodworkers.

The Flying Stage

Located in our ReSOURCE Barre store, the Flying Stage is a platform for live performances that can be enjoyed by the whole community.

Solar Hot Water Installations

Through our YouthBuild program we offer solar hot water installation services. We partner with Washington Electric Coop and Downstreet to offer customer incentives and discounts.
