The Store Manager will oversee the display and sale of store merchandise to meet or exceed sales budgets, and work with the Operations Director to promote and market ReSOURCE’s Williston store. The Store Manager will maintain and develop effective and efficient operating procedures and policies that reflect the organization’s commitment to reuse, job skill training and poverty relief. This position will oversee training program implementation within the Williston facility, ensuring valuable, transferable are taught and evaluated through hands-on experience. This is an exempt position that reports to the Sales & Services Director and will supervise the store staff and trainees. This position is expected to work evenings and weekends.
