ReSOURCE Equal Employment Opportunity Statement
Equal Employment Opportunity Commitment:
ReSOURCE is committed to providing equal opportunity to all qualified persons regardless of race, color, age, sex, marital status, pregnancy, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, physical or mental disability, medical condition, sexual orientation, gender identification, citizenship, genetics, or any other protected characteristic under law. ReSOURCE also provides reasonable accommodations to qualified disabled persons or persons with protected medical conditions to the extent required by law.
The Board of Directors has issued the following policy stating ReSOURCE’s views on this matter:
It is the policy of ReSOURCE to comply with all the relevant and applicable provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).We will not discriminate against any qualified employee or job applicant with respect to any terms, privileges, or conditions of employment because of a person’s physical or mental disability. We will also consider a reasonable accommodation whenever possible for all employees or applicants with disabilities. However, in all cases, an individual must be otherwise qualified to safely and effectively perform the essential functions and assignments connected with the job and any accommodations made must not impose an undue hardship on the organization, in conformance with state and federal laws.
An employee who requires an accommodation to perform the essential functions of the job should contact the HR & Training Director and request such an accommodation. The individual with the disability should specify what accommodations he or she needs to perform the job. ReSOURCE will then conduct an investigation to identify barriers for the employee to performing the job, and possible accommodations, if any, which will help resolve the limitation. If the accommodation is reasonable and will not impose an undue hardship, ReSOURCE will make the accommodation.
Management is primarily responsible for seeing that our equal employment opportunity policies are implemented, but all members of the staff share in the responsibility for assuring that by their personal actions the policies are followed. Any employees, including managers, responsible for or involved in discriminatory practices or actions will be subject to termination.
Equal Opportunity Is the Law:
It is against the law for ReSOURCE, a recipient of Federal financial assistance to discriminate on the following bases:against any individual in the United States, on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, political affiliation or belief; and against any beneficiary of programs financially assisted under Title I of the Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (WIA), on the basis of the beneficiary’s citizenship/status as a lawfully admitted immigrant authorized to work in the United States, or his or her participation in any WIA Title I-financially assisted program or activity.
ReSOURCE must not discriminate in any of the following areas: deciding who will be admitted, or have access, to any WIA Title I- financially assisted program or activity; providing opportunities in, or treating any person with regard to, such a program or activity; or making employment decisions in the administration of, or in connection with, such a program or activity.

What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that a website saves on your computer or mobile device when you visit the site. It enables the website to remember your actions and preferences (such as login, language, font size and other display preferences) over a period of time, so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to the site or browse from one page to another.
What do cookies do?
Cookies record information about your online preferences and allow us to tailor the websites to your interests. Information supplied by cookies can help us to analyze your use of our sites and help us to provide you with a better user experience. For example, you may choose to personalize the content of a website in order to see the latest news and weather for your region. In order to do this, a cookie is placed on your device to remember where you live so that we deliver the information that has been requested by you. This is a prime example of how cookies are used to improve your experience of a website.
Your choice regarding cookies
You can choose how cookies are handled by your device via your browser settings. The most popular browsers allow users to a) accept all cookies, b) to notify you when a cookie is issued, or c) to not receive cookies at any time. If you choose not to receive cookies at any time, the website may not function properly and certain services will not be provided, spoiling your experience of the website. Each browser is different, so check the “Help” menu of your browser to learn how to change your cookie preferences.
We use cookies that are strictly necessary to enable you to move around the sites or to provide certain basic features. We use cookies to enhance the functionality of the website by storing your preferences; for example, we use traffic log cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes and then the data is removed from the system.
Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not. A cookie in no way gives us access to your computer or any information about you, other than the data you choose to share with us.
Typically, we use cookies to deliver the following services throughout the pages of our sites:
• To enable us to recognize your device so you don’t have to give the same information repeatedly;

We use a range of third party services on our site – from third party analytics to advertising, video delivery, and social media. Some of these services require the use of cookies to work properly.
Thank you for your understanding.
