Every year, YouthBuild hosts a Thanksgiving dinner for the students as well as their families, friends, and the ReSOURCE staff. It was a team effort as the YouthBuild team prepped four turkeys, tons of stuffing and mashed potatoes, about six pies and more.
Held in the Old North End Community Center, it was a spacious venue decorated with Thanksgiving decor, reminders to always be thankful, and a poster where the students were encouraged to write what they’re grateful for. It’s always a great event for the YouthBuild team and their families to get together and celebrate all the good they’re able to do in the community.
