On Monday, some of the Every Body Works crew headed out to All Breed Rescue in Williston to kick the week off with some service. All morning, they deep cleaned kennels and other parts of the shelter, and got to hang out with the sweet dogs – and they had a great time doing it!
Every Body Works addresses economic opportunities by building service based learning experiences which improves and prepares Vermonters to successfully enter the workforce – the program provides a pathway to employment through technical and professional training during the term of service.
Every Body Works do several community service projects a month – they’ve helped out at Chittenden County Food Shelf, King Street Center, and Salvation Farms, and are always helping their various ReSOURCE locations- just to name a few.
