Training Programs Overview
Our programs offer an opportunity for adult and youth who have barriers to employment to hone job skills and prepare for a successful work life as productive members of their communities.
At ReSOURCE we work closely with our students and trainees to ensure that individual needs are accommodated and high standards are maintained, while serving a diverse range of individuals who need new skills and an opportunity to succeed. Apprentice-Style Training
Serving individuals who are ready to work but need marketable job skills and work credentials for their desired career.

YouthBuild
A National program for youth who are no longer enrolled in high school to earn their high school diplomas and trade certifications, while learning construction skills.

Career Path
Serving youth ages 18-24 with barriers to employment by training them for full-time, permanent employment in manufacturing through hands-on training.

Construction 101 and Weatherization 101
These six week workshop intensives are designed to equip individuals with the skills necessary for entry level job readiness in carpentry and construction.

LEAP
Provides youth 16-24 years old, who are blind or visually impaired, the opportunity to gain the skills needed to become independent, confident, and productive young adults.

Career Start
Helping in-school youth develop the personal and professional skills necessary to succeed in the job market through a customized training based on each individual’s needs.

Work Readiness Training
Preparing men and women with little or no work experience with good work ethics and soft skills to become ready to enter the workforce.

Every Body Works
Every Body Works AmeriCorps program offers service based learning experiences which prepare Vermonters to successfully enter the workforce.
